Your challenges
Start on the grass and see how far you can get trying out these 5 activities:
- Running
- Double leg hop
- Single leg hop
- Bear crawls
- Trotting
Measure your distance
- To show how far you’ve run, hold an object in your hand that you drop at the end of 10 seconds!
Get your whole family to try it out and see who can get the furthest!

Archery
The target in archery has 10 rings, with the small inner gold ring scoring 10 points and the point number decreasing with each ring.

Can you spot any of these types of gulls?
Lesser black-backed gulls: Look for the yellow legs and bill, and long wings (see image).
Great black-backed gulls: Look for their pink legs and bulky body. They like to dive down and scavenge for food!
You can use the iNaturalist app to record your observations, wherever you are: it could be birds, flowers, insects, or plants!
