One person will be ‘it’ and will try and tag the other people.
Try a few different rounds with different ways of moving about:

Round 1
Sprinting as fast as you can.
Round 2
All have to jump on one leg.
Round 3
Leap and spin like you’re a gymnast.
Round 4
Trot like an equestrian horse.
If you’ve tried out these 4 rounds, get everyone in your group to make a new movement!

Points are scored in taekwondo through blows (or punches) and kicks to the opponent’s torse and head!
