Try out one exercise per bench!

Bench exercises

The exercise challenges you can do using benches are endless!

Try out these 3 challenges – there’s something for everyone!

Let’s begin!

Bench 1 – Easy

Spell your name with your feet

  • Start by sitting on the bench and stretching out your left leg in front of you.
  • Using your left leg, try to spell out your first name. Then switch to your right foot and try to spell out your last name.
  • Or spell out any words of your choice!

Bench 2 – Moderate

Seated toe touches.

  • Straighten one leg out in front of you and reach forwards as close to the toe as possible with the opposite hand.
  • Try out 10 on each side.

Bench 3 – Challenging

Incline press up.

  • Put your hands on the bench and feet on the ground in a plank position.
  • Bend your arms to bring your chest as close to the bench as possible, and push back up (just like the picture).
  • Try and do 10.

Could you complete all of the bench challenges?
