Team GB Activity
It’s always important for athletes to listen to their coach!
Coach says!
In this game, you will have one person who is the coach and everyone else will be the athletes!
The game works in a similar way to Simon Says.
Let’s begin!
Listen to the coach
- The coach will say “Coach says” followed by an exercise for the athletes to do.
- You could shout “squat” or “jump” or any other exercise you can think of.
Switch coaches
- But, if you do the move and the coach didn’t say “Coach says”, you’re out!
- The last person standing is the winner and becomes the new coach!

The target in archery has 10 rings, with the small inner gold ring scoring 10 points and the point number decreasing with each ring.
